Rural communities are frequently forgotten in Washington, like those in southern Maryland. Harry will work to make sure that all receive equal access and opportunities. In Congress, Harry will:

• Support the reauthorization of the Farm Bill at current levels against Republican cuts.
• Continue to expand rural broadband access and increase economic opportunity for all.
• Support and expand the Affordable Care Act to provide access to healthcare services for every American.
